Hi Reader ~ I have wonderful news! I finished the fifth story in The Visible and The Invisible series. It's called Second Sight (hint: it's a play on words), and next month I'll let you know when it's available on my Shopify store — earlier than anywhere else, just for you. But first— June. June begins the season of tending what is already growing. Here in Northeast Ohio, it's drier than normal again this year, which means watering has been added to the daily list of garden tasks. And I have a lot to water. Does that sound like a complaint? It really isn't. There is something deeply peaceful about being outside in the early morning or the quiet of the evening, taking care of all the growing things that ask nothing more of you than a little attention and a little water. The beauty they give back is more than a fair trade. I hope you'll take some time this month to step outside and just be in nature for a while. Nature is not watching the news or worrying about tomorrow. It is simply growing, blooming, and doing what it was made to do. It's a good place to go when you need a little peace. And while you are out there — bring a book. 🌿 FREE BOOKS OF THE MONTH This month, I am doing something a little different, and I have to say it makes me very happy to be able to offer it. This month’s free gift is not one book. It’s NINE. I am making all three Stories From Doveland box sets available for free on my Shopify store for the rest of June. That’s three complete box sets, nine full stories, all yours — no strings attached. The Stories From Doveland series is magical realism at its warmest, with a touch of fantasy. Each story stands on its own, so you can start anywhere. But if you read them all, you’ll find yourself drawn deeper and deeper into the world of Doveland— a place where people discover gifts they never knew they had, where community is not a luxury but a lifeline, and where the line between this world and the next is a great deal thinner than most people realize. What kind of gifts? Think telepathy, remote viewing, and the quiet knowing that the people you love have been finding their way back to you across lifetimes. Probably not how you thought it would go. But better. Pick one box set. Pick all three. Read them in the garden. Read them on the porch. My gift to you for this season of growing things. → GET ALL THREE BOX SETS FREE HERE! (Free through June only — don’t let the month slip by without grabbing them!) 📷 FROM MY GARDEN This was hard to pick! It's the season of blooming after all, and everything looks fantastic. In the end, I picked this picture, which shows the wisteria my daughter, Laurie, gave us when we moved into our house, and some pathways into the garden. The garden is full, green, and thirsty. I wouldn't trade it for anything. Thank you, as always, for reading and for being part of this little community. It means more than you know. Until next time—be well and magnify good. ✨ With love, P.S. Nine books. Free. All of June. Just in case you scrolled straight here — grab your box sets! P.P.S. Shifting Stories and Writing Stories—all focused on the reason perception is reality and practical ways to shift it towards what you wish to experience in your life.
Read Online I always wanted to be a dancer. But after a few dance classes as a child—I still remember the little black tuxedo my mom sewed for my tap recital—my parents decided that what I really wanted was piano and art lessons. They were right. I loved those too. But then I watched my future dance teacher perform in The Red Shoes, and I couldn’t stop thinking about dancing. The decision had been made, though, so I tried to live with it. I was already writing little stories for the paper,...
Hi Reader ~ Can you believe it's already July 15th? More than halfway through 2026. I've been reviewing the year, and realized that I'm pleased. The year has moved the way I hoped it would; steadily, purposefully, with a few wonderful surprises along the way. Here's one of them: the five stories in The Visible and The Invisible series will be brought together as a single complete volume this fall. The book cover is being done now, and I can't wait to see the designer's ideas and share them...
Read And Comment Online Lurking in the shadows of our lives is a fear—and a resistance—to showing up. And yet, since we are here on earth, we agreed to show up. Not just as a person who takes up space, or who treats life as something to endure, but showing up to the something that you, and only you, are here to do. You Already Know I know—you might tell me you don’t know why you showed up, or what you’re supposed to do now that you’re here. And I have to disagree, as politely as possible. If...
